Meet Kate

As I've progressed in my career, I find myself constantly reaching for self-defined success and achievement in the roles I've held. I want to learn and grow beyond where I've been and seek to evolve myself in every season of life. It's a passion for growth and a distaste for contentment. I understand that this feeling is not unique to me… in fact, many of us have a deep desire to achieve goals and push ourselves to unlock our best selves; To see what we can truly accomplish in this life.

Often, we hold on to deeply ingrained habits, behaviors or thoughts that can be challenging to overcome, but with the right guidance, tools, and mindset, we can move past these limitations. My coaching approach is grounded in neuroscience and adult behavior theory and I am committed to providing you with the space to explore and build the self-awareness you need to unlock your true potential.

Education & Certifications

My journey along the East Coast has taken me from paintbrushes and 10-hour car rides to textbooks and formal lectures. I followed my creative passion to Georgia where I obtained a B.F.A from Savannah College of Art & Design in 2008 with a focus on graphic design and photography. I went on to graduate from Lebanon Valley College with a Master of Business Administration.

After thirteen years of corporate marketing, I am pursuing a coaching career through the Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC) program at Brown University of Professional Studies. With the completion of this program, I will apply for my certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am also a certified facilitator for Insights Discovery and have completed leadership courses with organizations including Harvard Business Publishing, Penn State Executive & Professional Programs, Baker Communication and more.
