About
Meet Kate
Before coaching and consulting, I spent 15+ years in corporate marketing, building brand strategy and campaigns from the inside. I hold a BFA in Graphic Design & Photography from Savannah College of Art & Design and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College, and I bring both the creative and business sides of branding to every project.
I work with founders and leaders who are ready to modernize how their brand looks, sounds, and shows up, whether that means a full rebrand, a sharper marketing strategy, or just an outside eye on what's working and what isn't.
For leaders who want a thought partner beyond the brand work, I also offer executive coaching, grounded in neuroscience and adult behavior theory, and focused on building the self-awareness and confidence to lead through growth and change.
I believe good strategy and good design aren't separate conversations. They're the same. My job is to help you build them clearly and act on it faster.

Education & Certifications
My path started with a creative focus: a BFA in Graphic Design & Photography from Savannah College of Art & Design (2008), followed by an MBA from Lebanon Valley College. After more than 15 years in corporate marketing, I pursued the Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC) through Brown University's School of Professional Studies, with certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to follow.
I'm also a certified facilitator for Insights Discovery and have completed leadership programs with Harvard Business Publishing, Penn State Executive & Professional Programs, Baker Communication, and others.
